Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or enterprise transformation with AI focus.
• Ability to lead C-level conversations and sell/deliver multimillion-dollar engagements.
• Depth of experience in one or more industries (manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, high-tech, professional services, public sector).
• Strong technical literacy to engage IT leaders and translate for business executives.
• Proven track record in AI strategy, data strategy, operating-model design, or large-scale AI/ML implementation.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Exceptional structured-thinking, executive-communication, and storyline/deck-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI engagements end-to-end from scoping to implementation oversight.
• Serve as the primary executive contact for clients, building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, decision-ready AI recommendations.
• Guide clients through technical AI enablement strategy, operating-model design, workflow transformation and use-case prioritization, data-readiness evaluation, architecture and governance.
• Advise on opportunities, risks, constraints and trade-offs of deploying AI at enterprise scale.
• Maintain hands-on fluency across the modern AI stack and leading ecosystems.
• Provide depth on AI-enabled platforms and integration with enterprise systems.
• Shape AI governance and responsible-AI frameworks, including model risk and privacy considerations.
• Stay ahead of market movements and feed trends back into Gartner research and offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary consulting teams and contribute to the AI Center of Excellence.
• Support business development to generate pipeline and close AI-focused engagements.
