Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional work experience is required.
• 8+ years in top-tier consulting or software product delivery preferred.
• Strong foundation in value creation, problem structuring and strategic analysis.
• Comfort with technology teams, agile methods and AI concepts.
• Ability to translate ambiguous client problems into executable solutions.
• Confidence working with senior executives and leading complex discussions.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior stakeholders to map AI opportunities and define value drivers.
• Own engagements end-to-end from problem framing to deployment of AI Co-Workers.
• Shape success metrics and roadmaps aligned to measurable ROI.
• Act as senior representative, advising on value creation and delivery.
• Operate as an owner, accountable for outcomes, pace, and quality.
