Job summary

Intuit seeks a Staff, AI & Technology Enablement Manager to own the AI capability powering Expert Excellence. You will design and automate workflows, build AI agents, and act as the AI SME across content, curriculum, and delivery teams to embed AI into daily work.

This hands-on role requires production AI deployment experience, influencing stakeholders, and driving adoption without mandates. You will partner with senior leadership on org-wide AI strategy and guide platform choices to scale

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning technology, operations, or EdTech with ownership of end-to-end systems - not just features.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or automation systems in production - real users, adoption, and measurement.
• Direct production experience with large language model APIs - prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured output parsing, and trust models.
• Experience designing and managing agentic AI systems - multi-agent architectures and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Proven ability to drive workflow adoption without mandates through peer proof and usefulness.
• Experience enabling a non-technical team to use AI tools independently.
• Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical partners.
• Experience in a high-growth, high-ambiguity organization - building structure around chaos.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify automation opportunities and prioritize by business impact.
• Map the learning production workflow to identify friction and where automation adds value.
• Design and implement workflow infrastructure for observable progress with minimal coordination.
• Own the PMO platform evaluation and implementation by Q3 FY27.
• Design, deploy, and iterate AI agents addressing high-value automation opportunities.
• Build and run an org-wide AI enablement program with content, curriculum, and delivery teams.
• Serve as Expert Excellence's internal AI SME, staying current on platform capabilities and governance.
• Assess and manage the technology stack, balancing build vs. buy vs. configure and vendor relationships.
