Job summary

Intuit is building an AI-enabled Expert Excellence operation. You will own technology and AI capability to accelerate delivery, automate workflows, and deploy AI agents across the team. This hands-on role requires deploying AI in production, driving adoption without mandates, and shaping an AI-native operations function in collaboration with senior leadership.

The role partners with content, curriculum, and delivery teams to embed AI into workflows, and to scale impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of learning tech and AI enablement platforms.
• Hands-on production AI deployment with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to drive adoption without mandates and design AI-native workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent AI systems and governance.
• Strong cross-functional influence across L&D, operations, and tech.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify automation opportunities and prioritize impact.
• Map learning production workflow and identify friction points for automation.
• Design and implement workflow infrastructure for observable progress.
• Own PMO platform evaluation and implementation by Q3 FY27.
• Design, deploy, and iterate AI agents to address high-value automations.
• Build and run an org-wide AI enablement program with content and delivery teams.
• Serve as internal AI subject matter expert and govern AI capabilities.
