Job summary

Intuit seeks a Staff, AI & Technology Enablement Manager to own AI-driven operational capabilities for Expert Excellence. You will design automation, build AI agents, and partner with content, curriculum, and delivery teams to embed AI into workflows, driving faster, smarter, and scalable execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning technology, operations, or EdTech with ownership of end-to-end systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI or automation in production with measurable adoption.
• Direct production experience with large language model APIs and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing multi-agent AI systems and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Ability to drive workflow adoption without mandate and enable non-technical teams.
• Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical partners.
• Experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify automation opportunities and prioritize impact.
• Map learning production workflow and reduce friction with automation.
• Design and implement workflow infrastructure for observable progress.
• Own PMO platform evaluation and implementation by Q3 FY27.
• Design and deploy AI agents addressing high-value opportunities.
• Build an org-wide AI enablement program with content and delivery teams.
• Serve as internal AI SME, stay current on platforms and governance.
• Assess and manage technology stack, decisions on build/buy/configure.
