Job summary
Collette is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Enablement to guide enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools, workflows, and human+AI ways of working. The role is remote and sits within the Data & Analytics Team, with a focus on governance, readiness, and measurable business impact.
The successful candidate will mentor teams, partner with Learning & Development, and collaborate with Security to ensure responsible, scalable AI adoption across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and additional AI
Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise AI enablement programs.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI capabilities.
- Strong collaboration with Learning & Development and security/compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Copilot adoption; deliver demos, office hours, guidance to teams.
- Run AI champions program; build federated adoption with governance.
- Find and shape practical AI solutions across workflows.
- Partner with Learning & Development to build training materials.
- Coordinate agent governance with Security and IT teams.
- Measure adoption, value, and outcomes; report to leadership.
- Lead SharePoint readiness and information architecture initiatives.
- Advance Data Readiness with Data & Analytics for trusted data access.
