The position works across solution evaluation, development, enablement, governance, training, and value realization to lay a foundation for future growth and cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• AI strategy execution: translate objectives into initiatives and capability development
• AI organization development: establish foundations, governance, and success metrics
• Operating model development: create scalable processes and measurement systems
• AI technology evaluation: assess tools, platforms, and security alignment
• AI solution development: prototype and implement AI-enabled solutions
• AI enablement and adoption: build literacy and value realization programs
• Training and change management: produce materials and enable user adoption
• AI governance support: collaborate with IT, Legal, Cybersecurity and stakeholders
• Usage, value, and cost management: monitor adoption, licensing, and outcomes
• Cross-functional engagement: partner with Service, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, IT and HQ
