Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, OH seeks a Global Engineering AI Solutions Manager to lead AI-driven solutions within the Oracle SCM ecosystem, automating processes, and enabling data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle.

You will design and deploy AI agents, orchestrate LLM prompts, integrate Oracle Cloud with PLM and supply chain systems, and ensure governance, security, and scalable deployment across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 15+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion and enterprise systems.
• Exposure to Oracle AI Agent Studio or similar platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of AI-driven agents for PLM and supply chain processes.
• Develop and manage LLM-based prompt orchestration and agent workflows.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud solutions and AI-driven automation for product development and data management.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Oracle SCM, PLM modules, and third-party apps.
• Configure AI agent behaviors using Oracle-native tools and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor and optimize AI agent performance and governance.
• Establish data governance, security, and compliance for AI implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Provide documentation and operational support for deployment.
• Implement RAG frameworks for intelligent search and decision support.
