Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the full PDLC from ideation to operations, including where AI can augment stages.
• Strong working knowledge of modern AI tooling, generative AI assistants, automation frameworks, and current best practices.
• Solid grounding in responsible AI, including data privacy, security, model risk management, and governance integration.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with teams and coach through hands-on application of AI in real scenarios.
• Define and operationalize AI standards, patterns, and best practices, including templates and prompt conventions.
• Design and deliver enablement programs like playbooks, training materials, workshops, and hands-on coaching.
