Job summary

American Honda Finance Corp. in Torrance, CA seeks a Senior AI Training & Enablement Specialist to lead workforce adoption of generative AI tools, design role-based learning frameworks, and champion responsible AI usage across financial operations.

You will translate AI use cases into training playbooks and workshops, partner with tech, risk governance, and ops teams, and measure adoption and performance to drive continuous learning improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, or Technology.
• 5+ years in learning & development, change enablement, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
• Demonstrated experience rolling out enterprise technology, automation, or AI enablement programs.
• Working knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) and responsible AI governance.
• Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder consultation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise workforce AI adoption strategies, learning pathways, and change enablement plans.
• Translate approved corporate AI use cases into practical training toolkits, playbooks, and workshops.
• Partner with technology, risk governance, and operational teams to implement AI-driven ways of working.
• Promote responsible AI usage, data privacy standards, and information security compliance across departments.
• Measure tool utilization, adoption rates, and user performance data to drive continuous learning improvements.
