Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Business, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development, organizational development, change enablement, technology enablement, AI enablement, or related field.
• Ability to translate emerging AI concepts into practical learning guidance and materials.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, consulting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, governance, data privacy, and security expectations.

• Lead AI adoption and enablement strategies, learning pathways, and reinforcement practices.
• Translate AI use cases and transformation goals into readiness and adoption plans.
• Partner with business, technology, governance, training, and operations teams for successful implementation.
