The role involves system testing, user training materials, and delivering reports from client databases to verify outcomes. A consultative yet technical position driving AI systems improvements across R&D platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with experience in enterprise systems.
• Experience with AI, large language models, and related capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to translate needs into specs.
• Manage application data, monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Review change requests, develop implementation specifications and communicate updates.
• Coordinate or conduct system testing and support user training materials.
• Produce reports from client databases for ad hoc analysis and verification.
• Ensure documentation is current and compliant with policies.
• Support purchasing and vendor-related system activities as needed.
