Job summary
Friedman Williams on the West Coast seeks a Sr. Advisor, AI Acceleration – Partner Concierge & Attorney Advisory to help senior lawyers speak confidently about AI, adopt AI in daily work, and supervise AI use in client work.
You will partner with the AI Enablement team to design, deliver, and scale AI sessions, talking points, and case studies that increase partner proficiency and client value across offices.
The role requires travel to other US offices as engagements require.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in legal technology, innovation, enablement, knowledge management, or practice support.
- Fluency with generative AI tools.
- Understanding of how partners lead teams, serve clients, and build business with AI.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior AI advisor to partners of the firm’s West Coast offices.
- Orient partners to the firm’s AI tools and access.
- Triage partner requests and log them in the teams records through resolution.
- Facilitate working sessions enabling partners to apply the firm’s AI tools in practice.
- Develop AI talking points and materials for client discussions about AI.
- Collaborate with internal AI teams to meet partner requests.
- Deliver AI sessions to individual partners or groups.
