Job summary

Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP seeks a senior AI advisor to join the Administrative Staff in the firm''s Legal Technology & Enablement group, based in Silicon Valley. This high-visibility role works directly with senior partners to help them use AI in practice, supervise AI use, and talk confidently to clients about AI.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, AI Acceleration, you will design sessions, triage requests, build repeatable AI solutions, and stay current on AI trends.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in legal technology, innovation, enablement, knowledge management, or practice support.
Strong practical fluency with generative AI tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Willingness to travel to other US offices.

Responsibilities

Act as a senior AI advisor to the partners of the firm’s West Coast and Texas offices.
Orient partners to the firm’s AI tools: access, licensing and tool fit.
Triage partner requests and log for resolution.
Facilitate working sessions to apply AI tools in practice.
Build and refine repeatable AI solutions for teams and offices.
Develop AI talking points and materials for client discussions.
Stay current on AI and legal technology trends.
