Job summary

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP on the West Coast is seeking a lead professional to run the AI Enablement & Attorney Enablement program. You will drive adoption of AI and legal technology across attorneys, associates and practice managers, shaping how lawyers work with new tools and processes.

You will design curricula, run AI academies and campaigns, build a shared library of materials, and lead change management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in legal tech, enablement or change management.
• Understanding of attorney workflows and AI in law.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training to attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement program for West Coast attorneys.
• Design and deliver training curricula and campaigns.
• Manage change strategies and communications.
• Track adoption analytics and report progress.
• Travel to other offices as needed.
