Job summary

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP is seeking a Sr. Advisor for AI Acceleration—Partner Concierge & Attorney Advisory, based in Silicon Valley. You will empower partners to confidently use AI, supervise AI usage, and apply AI to client work and business development.

Travel to other US offices as needed and collaborate with the broader AI Enablement team to scale solutions across the firm. The role requires 7+ years in legal tech or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in legal technology, innovation, enablement, knowledge management, or practice support.
• Strong fluency with generative AI tools and practical understanding of AI adoption in a law firm.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior AI advisor to partners across West Coast and Texas offices.
• Orient partners to AI tools, licenses, access, and tool fit for work.
• Design, deliver, and tailor AI solutions for practice and business development.
• Deliver advisory services on live-matter use cases and collaborate with internal AI teams.
