Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP seeks a senior AI advisor to support partners across West Coast and Texas offices. You will help attorneys use AI confidently in practice and business development, supervise AI tool usage, and collaborate with internal AI teams to deliver solutions.

You will build session outlines, deliver training from scratch, and stay current on AI trends to maintain a high level of partner readiness and client value across matters.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in legal technology, innovation, enablement, knowledge management, or practice support in a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong practical fluency with generative AI tools.
Understanding of how partners lead teams, serve clients, and build business, and where AI can improve that work.

Responsibilities

Advise attorneys on AI use cases arising in live matters, assessing where AI can add value and which tool fits.
Partner with internal AI teams and practice group AI solution attorneys for purpose-built solutions.
Stay current on AI and legal technology trends and share insights across offices.
