Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP is seeking an experienced AI Enablement leader to join our West Coast practice in driving attorney-focused AI adoption. You will own the AI enablement program, partner with senior managers, and advance the firm’s technology strategy across the West Coast offices.

The role emphasizes education, change management, and measurable outcomes, with curricula design, AI academies, and adoption campaigns to empower attorneys in their daily work and client delivery.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in legal technology, innovation, enablement or change management, ideally within a law firm or professional services.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead the attorney-facing AI enablement program for West Coast offices.
Design and deliver AI-enabled training curricula and adoption campaigns.
Develop change strategies, communications plans and reinforcement mechanisms for attorneys.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
Travel to other offices, including West Coast offices and internationally if required.
Report adoption analytics and identify opportunities to target enablement effort.
