NTS is seeking developers to design, develop, test and maintain production capabilities of Stronghold, a secure AI-enabled SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has experience building modern cloud applications and AI-enabled systems as part of high-performance teams. Location: Hillsborough County, Tampa, FL; travel up to 10%.

Bachelor’s degree required; U.S. citizenship is a must due to contract requirements.

Formación

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• U.S. Citizenship Requirement: Due to contractual requirements and the nature of our work supporting U.S. Government customers, this position requires U.S. citizenship.
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years progressive relevant experience in software development, search engineering, or related discipline
• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Understanding of lexical search, vector search, semantic search, metadata filtering, and hybrid retrieval.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test and maintain production capabilities across the Stronghold platform
• Design and implement AI-enabled capabilities including RAG, information extraction, search, report generation and agentic-driven workflows
• Develop modern web application functionality across front-end/back-end and supporting services
• Review code and technical designs from other developers providing actionable feedback focused on security, maintainability and simplicity
