Job summary

NexTech Solutions LLC in Tampa is seeking developers to design, develop, test and maintain production capabilities of Stronghold, a secure AI-enabled SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience and expertise in TypeScript and Node.js, plus knowledge of lexical, vector and semantic search, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and document extraction.

The role requires an Active Secret Security Clearance with the U.S. Government and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled capabilities including RAG, information extraction, search, report generation and agentic-driven workflows.
• Develop modern web application functionality across front-end/back-end and supporting services.
• Review code and technical designs from other developers providing actionable feedback focused on security, maintainability and simplicity.

Key Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Accountabilities *Essential Functions)

• Design, develop, test and maintain production capabilities across the Stronghold platform
• Design and implement AI-enabled capabilities including RAG, information extraction, search, report generation and agentic-driven workflows
• Develop modern web application functionality across front-end/back-end and supporting services
• Review code and technical designs from other developers providing actionable feedback focused on security, maintainability and simplicity
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
