Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for AI, Technology, and Innovation Solutions to drive research, piloting, and implementation of AI, digital twins, and analytics in facilities management.

You will lead two Technology Analysts, guide pilots, ensure data governance and stakeholder reporting, and partner with global teams to scale innovations across CBRE. This role emphasizes strategic vision, governance, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in technology innovation, AI, data analytics, or digital transformation, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, cloud certifications, or data privacy/security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technology scouting and evaluation of AI, IoT, digital twins, predictive analytics, and energy management platforms for facilities management and sustainability objectives.
• Plan, design, and execute pilot programs with clear objectives, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure data collection, privacy, security, and governance throughout pilots and implementations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into KPIs, pilot outcomes, and business impact.
• Align CoE technology innovation activities with governance frameworks and collaborate with Global Director of Facilities Management & Engineering.
