Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Global Technology Lead to drive AI, analytics, and workplace tech initiatives across the enterprise. You will oversee pilots, governance, and reporting while managing a team of five technology professionals across EMEA and the US.

The role emphasizes data ethics, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with executives to translate technical insights into strategic business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, and rewarding performance.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and manage performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to set and achieve targets with cross-department impact.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Office products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead technology scouting, evaluation, and solution benchmarking for AI and analytics.
• Plan, execute, and govern pilots with clear objectives and success metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate pilot outcomes and business impact.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance across initiatives.
• Directly manage and develop 5 Technology professionals across regions.
