Digital Realty is seeking a Senior Manager to serve as a strategic partner between business functions and the Chief Data Office. You will drive data, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives across multiple enterprise units to create measurable value.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record with senior executives, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable data-enabled solutions. Extensive collaboration across Finance, Legal, Ops, and more is expected.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in business engagement and enterprise transformation.
• Proven success partnering with senior executives in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Experience building business cases and securing executive sponsorship.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data platforms, governance, analytics, AI, and MDM.

Mansioni

• Serve as liaison between business units and Chief Data Office.
