CBRE seeks a Director of AI Product to lead a portfolio of AI-powered, client-facing products within CBRE Digital & Technology. You own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes, translating AI capabilities into user experiences that drive business value.

With 8+ years in product management and 3+ years in AI-focused roles, you will partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship products that scale adoption across enterprise clients. Dallas-area, on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or product-leading roles with shipping adoption.
• 3+ years leading AI-powered, data-rich, or technically complex products.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders to shape and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for a portfolio of AI-powered products and define the roadmap.
• Lead structured discovery, experiments, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Define how LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI appear in user experiences.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and business to ship products.
• Define GTM, onboarding, success metrics, and post-launch learnings.
