Job summary

CBRE seeks a Senior Manager to lead AI, technology, and innovation initiatives within the Center of Excellence for Facilities Management & Engineering. You will drive scouting, pilots, governance, and stakeholder reporting while developing two Technology Analysts and aligning tech investments with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in technology innovation, AI, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Technology scouting and solution evaluation for AI, IoT, digital twins, and analytics.
• Pilot program management: design, run, and measure pilots with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee data collection, governance, privacy, and security during pilots.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners through pilot execution.
