Job summary

You will translate business problems into analytics-driven solutions, build predictive models and data products, and lead client engagements with governance and ROI focus.

Strong background in econometrics, statistics, and ML, plus Python/R/SQL and Tableau, with excellent storytelling and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant consulting experience in workforce strategy or HR analytics.
• Master’s or PhD in economics, I-O psychology, statistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in pay equity analysis and external labor market analyses.
• Strong statistical and machine learning skills: regression, causal inference, time series.
• Proficiency with Python, R, SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Excellent storytelling and client-facing communication; strong leadership.
• Ability to translate outputs into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operationalize analytic models and data products.
