BELEN Network is seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant to lead complex workforce analytics, human capital strategy, and client advisory engagements in Washington, DC. The role blends advanced analytics, labor economics, AI-enabled insights, and consulting leadership to grow client relationships.

Ideal candidates will move between technical analysis, executive advisory work, and business development, building dashboards, models, and data stories for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant consulting experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, labor economics, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate workforce and business challenges into analytics-driven solutions.
• Lead client engagements involving workforce strategy, HR analytics, labor market analysis, and AI-enabled workforce insights.
• Design and develop workforce models, forecasts, and decision-support tools.
• Conduct analyses involving pay equity, strategic workforce planning, labor market dynamics, retention, skills, and internal mobility.
• Apply statistical and machine-learning techniques to complex workforce questions.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, visualizations, presentations, and data stories.
• Advise clients on workforce investments, organizational priorities, and implementation approaches.
• Support responsible use of AI through model validation, explainability, bias review, privacy considerations, and governance.
• Lead or contribute to proposals, client presentations, Statements of Work, and solution development.
• Identify and qualify new client opportunities and support lead-generation activities.
• Help manage the business-development process from prospecting and discovery through proposal development and closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing engagements.
• Support contract discussions and negotiation of project scope and commercial terms.
• Contribute to reusable methodologies, analytical frameworks, proposals, and thought leadership.
