Federal Staffing Solutions Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant to join our Washington, D.C. office.

You will blend workforce analytics, labor economics, and AI-enabled analytics to deliver actionable insights for clients, shaping workforce outcomes with governance and data products. The role emphasizes translating business problems into analytics-driven solutions, leading engagements, and delivering explainable, impact-focused outputs for HR and business

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant consulting experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, labor economics, organizational psychology, or a related field.
• Strong statistical and machine learning skills: regression, causal inference, time series, clustering, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in modern data tooling and languages (Python, R, SQL) and experience with visualization tools (Tableau).
• Hands-on experience extracting value from large and varied datasets and translating outputs into business actions.
• Business development, lead generation and qualification, sales process management, client relationship management, proposals and SOW development, and new business acquisition/closing.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business problems into analytics-driven workforce solutions using advanced statistics and AI-enabled methods.
• Design, build, and operationalize analytic models and data products (e.g., forecasting models, retention risk scoring, internal mobility recommendations).
• Lead client engagements as analytics and AI lead: define approaches, present findings, and co-create implementation roadmaps.
• Drive pay equity, strategic workforce planning, and external labor market analyses with econometrics and AI-enhanced approaches; quantify ROI.
• Create and deliver interactive dashboards, visualizations, and client-ready decks with interpretable results.
• Ensure responsible AI use: model validation, bias detection/mitigation, explainability, privacy-preserving practices.
• Contribute to Mercer’s intellectual capital with reusable AI-enabled frameworks and client accelerators.

Educación

Master’s or PhD in economics, IO psychology, statistics, data science, computer science, labor relations, or another quantitative discipline
