Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence, seeks a Senior Value Engineer for the Public Sector. You will lead technical discovery, pre- and post-sales activities, and prototype AI-driven solutions for state and local government.

The role emphasizes translating agency needs into measurable public impact, collaborating with CIOs, and guiding secure, scalable deployments using Celonis PI with AI partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical pre-sales/post-sales in Public Sector.
• Deep understanding of state & local government processes.
• Expertise in generative AI techniques for public sector use cases.

Responsibilities

• Understand public sector AI strategies and agency challenges; translate to solutions.
• Lead technical discovery and demonstrations during pre-sales and procurement cycles.
• Prototype AI solutions in hackathons and pilots for government agencies.
• Support government customers in value realization and adoption of Celonis PI platform.
• Architect secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG and guardrails.
• Act as internal/external SME for State & Local Government vertical.
