• 4+ years of experience recruiting exceptional engineering talent.
• Strong hiring judgment with trust from candidates and teams.
• Technical fluency to engage with candidates and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own critical engineering searches from strategy through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop strategies and calibrate interview quality.
• Mentor teammates and raise recruiting standards across the team.
• Improve recruiting systems using data, AI, experimentation, and process design.
• Contribute to interviewer enablement and sourcing strategy to scale hiring quality.
