Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant to serve as a technical subject matter expert, implementing, upgrading, and configuring SaaS solutions within our Professional Services line, including AI-enabled capabilities in Outreach.

You will work remotely in the U.S., preferably on the East Coast, collaborating with internal engineers and external customers to drive measurable business value, adoption of best practices, and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Experienced Technical Consultant with 4–5 years in SaaS consulting
Strong technical testing and troubleshooting abilities
Curious about AI-enabled tools and workflows
Ability to translate complex topics for non-technical stakeholders
Strategic problem solving with enterprise customers
Excellent communication with client contacts at all levels

Responsibilities

Manage implementations & projects for customers, including AI-enabled deployments
Perform detailed discovery of CRM usage and map to Outreach integrations
Serve as go-to SME on Outreach technologies and AI features
Collaborate with Program/Project Managers, Consultants, and Trainers to drive projects to completion
Analyze client processes and design complex configuration and integration solutions
Support adoption of AI-enabled workflows and rigorous testing plans
