Veracity Insurance Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to work remotely in the United States. You will diagnose performance gaps, design and deliver diverse learning solutions, and measure impact across the organization.

You’ll lead complex initiatives, coach peers, and build knowledge of Veracity’s products and processes while leveraging AI-enabled tools for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent development, organizational learning, instructional design, training, or related field.
• Experience conducting needs analyses or performance assessments and translating business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience leading learning initiatives or programs from discovery through implementation and follow-up.
• Strong understanding of adult-learning principles and evaluation practices, with facilitation and project-management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and recommend solutions beyond training when appropriate.
• Experience coaching and cross-training with peers.
• Comfort with modern learning tech and AI-enabled tools and Veracity’s insurance business.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders and SMEs to understand goals and performance gaps.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend learning, performance support, or process changes.
• Lead complex learning initiatives from discovery to evaluation.
• Design and deliver learning solutions in-person, virtual, and digital formats.
• Establish success metrics and evaluate outcomes.
• Support organizational changes by identifying knowledge and readiness needs.
• Create reusable knowledge resources and leverage AI-enabled tools for scalability.
• Share expertise and cross-train within the L&D team.
• Develop knowledge of Veracity’s business and audiences to provide credible support.
• Manage multiple priorities and communicate risks and progress.
• Perform other duties as needed.
