FICO is seeking an engineer to shape the output of AI coding agents within a regulated, production-grade software environment. You will specify, verify, and optimize agent behavior, ensuring correctness and auditable changes while collaborating with product teams on concepts and architecture.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, SQL, TS/JS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization (Kubernetes), CI/CD, and ML deployment, with a strong emphasis on quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in software engineering within large, complex codebases.
• Ability to critically evaluate agent-generated output and intervene when needed.
• Clear communication of technical requirements and definitions of done.
• Familiarity with regulated and audited software delivery processes.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product teams to translate ideation into structured Proofs of Concept.
• Produce specifications and acceptance criteria enabling agents to generate correct, maintainable output.
• Apply quality standards to all agent-generated output within a regulated context.
• Operate within the agentic harness using guidelines and automated sensors.
• Identify root causes of recurring agent errors and implement systemic controls.
• Maintain repository documentation and contextual knowledge as a shared system of record.
