Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum of 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum of 3 years of deep expertise with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source).
• Minimum of 8 years leading software engineering teams with delivery oversight.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, including Sourcing & Procurement platforms.
• Own programme-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, and adoption velocity.
• Lead rapid experimentation to production systems across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, and integration at programme scale.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client executives and align ROI backlogs with procurement goals.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators for multiple client engagements.
