Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• At least 1 year designing agentic solutions in production environments.
• Minimum 3 years of deep experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI).
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex multi-stakeholder client environments — Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, SAP, or Palantir.
• Own programme-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability.
• Lead rapid experimentation at pace to production systems within days or weeks.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance and integration.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy for client CTO, CFO, and CISO with ROI backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators across engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client leadership.
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards to advance the FDE practice.
• Design and deploy AI-powered procurement solutions within enterprise environments.
• Translate procurement requirements into scalable AI architectures and workflows.
