Job summary

Accenture is hiring in the United States for an End-to-End Supply Chain & Engineering AI leader. You will own from business case to production, building AI solutions across ERP and SCM platforms, and lead cross-domain deployments where planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering intersect.

Travel up to 75% is required. Minimum 5 years in engineering with ERP/SCM experience, 1 year designing agentic AI, and 2 years with AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise SCM or ERP platform transformations (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments (agents, orchestration, RAG, context engineering).
• Minimum 2 years working with AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or open source).
• Deep design experience and fluency across cross-domain processes including Idea to Retire, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, and Plan-to-Deliver.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc from business case to production: understand operating model, identify friction, and build AI solutions across ERP, SCM, MES, and planning layers.
• Lead cross-domain AI deployments at functional interfaces where planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering intersect.
• Drive rapid experimentation from problem to production system in days or weeks with domain knowledge of ERP transformations.
• Architect agentic solutions across the enterprise stack: identity, data, governance, platform, and process layer.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy with client executives and translate complexity into ROI-backed value and multi-year adoption roadmaps.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and patterns that scale across engagements and build the FDE practice.
