Qualifications

• Senior, product-minded engineer with strong software development background.
• Experience across end-to-end product areas and ownership of problems.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, and React is helpful, not required.
• Interest in applying AI technologies to real-world workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate with high ownership in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful areas of the product end to end from discovery to delivery.
• Talk directly with behavioral health providers to translate needs into software.
• Make thoughtful product and technical decisions beyond predefined tickets.
• Build AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, agents, automation, and related tech.
• Develop solutions across clinical workflows, billing, documentation, and data models.
• Work across frontend, backend, and AI-enabled functionality as needed.
• Ship quickly, gather user feedback, and iterate rapidly.
• Help shape engineering practices, hiring decisions, and product direction.
• Take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems with autonomy.
