Job summary

Spring Health in New York City seeks a Senior AI Care Operations Manager to own the hands-on development and continuous improvement of AI-powered member and provider support experiences. You will translate conversations into reliable automated workflows, monitor AI performance, and collaborate with Care Support, Product, Engineering, Enablement and Analytics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in an operations function such as care, service, or product ops.
• 2+ years at a high-growth/scale-stage company in a strategic yet hands-on role.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, testing, or improving automated or AI-powered workflows.
• Deep understanding of operational workflows and workflow development.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, launch, and improve AI-powered support workflows for member and provider needs.
• Translate policies and scenarios into reliable automated experiences.
• Monitor AI performance and address incorrect answers and routing issues.
• Lead investigations of AI issues from problem reproduction to resolution and follow-up.
