Premier Global Links LLC in New York City seeks a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end projects in a fast-growing, AI-native healthcare technology company. You will build full-stack features with Python, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, and develop AI-powered solutions for complex healthcare workflows.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience, a strong CS background, and an ability to operate onsite at the Flatiron District office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Full-stack development with React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own projects from concept through delivery.
• Strong product thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features into production applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a strong U.S. university.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in the Flatiron District, NYC. Relocation support may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features using Python, React/TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for healthcare workflows (prior authorization, benefits verification).
• Integrate AI tooling and automation into production applications.
• Work with PHI-compliant data pipelines and healthcare integrations.
• Own projects from identification through deployment and measurement of outcomes.
• Collaborate with CTO, founders, and engineering team to shape product and technical direction.
• Contribute to system design, architecture, coding, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Work across frontend and backend with a strong product mindset.
