Job summary

K Health, headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Software Engineer to help build an AI-powered virtual care ecosystem. You will develop reusable components and resilient architectures for clinical AI products and patient-facing apps, ensuring privacy and reliability across a multi-tenant portfolio.

The role requires onsite presence in our NYC office 4 days a week and does not include immigration support.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Full stack fluent with Node/Typescript and JVM (Kotlin/Java).
Experience building resilient APIs supporting critical workflows.
Customer-focused UX across Web and Mobile platforms.
AI-first mindset with agentic development tools.
Experience with reusable frameworks or multi-tenant architectures.
Background in high-stakes industries (HealthTech, etc.).
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
