Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is seeking an Implementation Lead for NYC-based projects. The role blends remote work with occasional in-person collaboration in Brooklyn, NY, and requires authorization to work in the US now and in the future.

You’ll manage client relationships, run discovery sessions, translate business needs into workflows, and coordinate across Product, Development, Support, and GTM teams to ensure successful AI-enabled healthcare implementations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of implementation, project management or similar client-facing work.
• Experience implementing AI solutions and knowledge of cloud solutions is preferred.
• Strong experience managing external stakeholders and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing lead throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Own project communication, timelines, dependencies, risks, and coordination.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand client goals and processes.
• Translate business needs into clear workflows and integration with client environments.
• Identify gaps and drive solutions with internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, leadership, and GTM teams.
• Navigate ambiguous situations and provide clear recommendations.
• Engage with technical teams and support client adoption of the platform.
• Contribute to product development and process improvements as needed.
