Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in Boston is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Adaptive Learning, Enablement and Communication, driving AI tool adoption for Sales Training and partnering with Commercial Operations to tell clear, compelling narratives.

You will craft adoption strategies, bridge strategy and execution, and oversee governance, analytics and executive communications, with a focus on improving seller productivity and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications and training roles related to technology, enablement, and/or sales.
• Knowledge of AI-driven enablement practices, including AI role-play simulators, personalized learning paths, and using conversation data for targeted coaching.
• Hands-on experience with customer enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional change or business transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Health care industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI platform adoption to help sellers use AI learning platforms.
• Lead enablement programs to drive behavior change and adoption across channels.
• Design adoption plans with multi-channel communications and support strategies.
• Partner with training leads to design learning modules to increase platform use.
• Champion change with early agents and pilot teams to test and scale tools.
• Bridge strategy and execution between sales strategy, enablement tools and field execution.
• Craft executive narratives and updates matching leadership voice.
• Synthesize milestones and wins into concise performance summaries.
• Communicate key messages to leadership, teams and stakeholders.
• Own content for leadership events and recurring divisional meetings.
