Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking an Associate Director of Data Product Management to lead a team of Product Owners and data analysts. You will shape the strategy for enterprise data products, drive a data-as-a-product mindset, and deliver AI-enabled data capabilities across the enterprise.

You will partner with governance, engineering, and business leaders to ensure high-quality data, reliable SLAs, and adoption of data products across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive work experience in data management or product management with a focus on data/digital/API products.
• 4+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams of product managers, product owners, or analysts.
• Experience translating business concepts for senior leadership and driving strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for enterprise data products and the data-as-a-product mindset.
• Define roadmaps, prioritize data capabilities, and ensure quality, lineage, and documentation.
• Manage a team of Product Owners and data analysts, removing blockers and driving adoption.
• Collaborate with governance, engineering, and business partners to deliver AI-enabled data products.
