Job summary

The role partners with Commercial AI, HR, IT and learning teams to translate AI investments into sustained value and new ways of working.

The position focuses on Commercial AI, building scalable activation models, and driving adoption across a global organization with a hybrid work model in MA or MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, learning, communications or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, organizational change, capability strategy or similar.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders to drive adoption of complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute integrated AI activation strategies across leadership, readiness, capability and adoption.
• Lead activation efforts from readiness assessment through sustainment with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Commercial AI, IT, HR, and Learning teams to align learning with workflow changes.
• Develop leadership activation strategies, coaching approaches, and operating rhythms.
• Deliver executive updates on activation progress and risks to governance forums.
• Create reusable activation playbooks and sustained enablement models.
