Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Staff Quality Engineer (SDET) to define automation strategy and validate AI-enabled features across a global SaaS platform. You will shape the AI-first SDLC, establish quality standards, and lead testing across mobile, cloud, and API integrations.

You will mentor teams across geographies, drive release readiness, and partner with privacy, risk, and compliance stakeholders to deliver trusted, reliable software experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality engineering leader who can debug automated failures in integrated environments.
• Experience leading QA for AI-enabled features and agentic workflows.
• Strong background in end-to-end test strategy across mobile, cloud, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define automation architecture and release-validation practices across connected product portfolio.
• Shape AI-native SDLC with validation for AI-enabled features and agents.
• Set organization-wide quality standards for coverage, pass rate, and deployment validation.
• Own testing strategy for mobile apps, cloud platforms, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Mentor SDETs and collaborate with offshore teams to elevate automation practices.
