Lennar is seeking a Senior Procurement Operations Manager to lead AI-first procurement workflows, vendor onboarding, PR/PO management, and change order governance. You will partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and divisional leadership to ensure compliant, efficient processes across the procure-to-pay lifecycle.

The role demands 6+ years in procurement/finance operations, with 2+ years in people leadership, and experience with governance, internal controls, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement, procure-to-pay, finance operations, or supply chain.
• 2+ years in a management or team-lead role.
• Experience with PR/PO/CO workflows in enterprise or high-growth environments.
• Experience with governance, internal controls, compliance, and audit-readiness.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day procurement operations across PR/PO/change orders.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Procurement Operations team.
• Implement internal controls and audit-ready processes.
• Escalate complex procurement issues across divisions.
• Oversee PR-to-PO lifecycle, validation, and approvals.
• Monitor costs, throughput, and policy compliance; drive improvements.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools and drive adoption with IT.
