Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Senior Procurement Operations Manager to lead AI-first procurement programs across vendor onboarding, PR/PO management, and change order oversight. You will partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and divisional leaders to ensure compliant, efficient processes aligned with corporate standards.

The role requires 6+ years in procurement/finance operations, strong leadership, and experience driving automation and metrics. A Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of procurement, procure-to-pay, finance operations, or supply chain experience; 2+ years in a management or team lead role.
• Experience managing PR, PO, and CO workflows in enterprise or high-growth environments.
• Experience with governance, internal controls, compliance, and audit-readiness frameworks.
• Proficiency with Zip, JD Edwards, ServiceNow, Metaviewer or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily procurement operations execution, including vendor onboarding, PR/PO workflows, and change order management, ensuring governance standards and SLAs.
• Provide coaching and development support to build a high-performing team of Procurement Operations Managers and Specialists.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, policy compliance frameworks, and audit-readiness processes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex procurement issues across divisional stakeholders.
• Support evaluation and deployment of AI-enabled tools and workflow automation with IT.
• Track procurement KPIs and lead corrective actions to improve scalability and stakeholder experience.
