Job summary

Lennar seeks a Director of AI Engineering (Corporate) to lead engineering teams powering corporate systems with AI-driven capabilities. You will own technical direction, delivery, and team leadership across enterprise platforms, ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

Hands-on leadership with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and modern DevSecOps practices is required. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI initiatives across Lennar Technology Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Progressive engineering leadership experience overseeing multiple teams.
• Experience leading teams supporting enterprise functions.
• Hands-on with modern software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Practical AI/ML or generative AI experience in production systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Leader of Engineering, setting vision, structure, and culture.
• Set technical direction and engineering strategy for corporate systems.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive AI adoption and intelligent automation across engineering.
• Own delivery execution including prioritization, resourcing, and budget.
• Establish engineering best practices: code quality, CI/CD, security.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow engineering managers and engineers.
