Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a strategic leader to drive the PR-to-PO lifecycle modernization and automation. This role shapes the future of procurement operations, builds durable team depth, and leads intelligent buying initiatives across Sourcing, Contracting, Payments, FP&A, and Accounting.

You will guide end-to-end process improvements, implement AI-assisted workflows, and partner with Tech to pilot innovative solutions while maintaining compliance and strong SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or guiding procurement/operations teams.
• Strong executive-facing communication skills; represent performance and risk to senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading cross-functional change and transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted process design and lightweight tool-building.
• Advanced critical thinking and root-cause analysis at program/strategy level.
• Strong knowledge of accounting codes, contract terms, and SLAs.
• Advanced Excel and experience building dashboards is a plus.
• Extensive Coupa experience; familiarity with other ERP platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years procurement operations experience with leadership scope.

Responsibilities

• Owns the PR-to-PO lifecycle quality controls and end-to-end procurement operations.
• Sets SOX/compliance standards and handles escalations beyond team authority.
• Manages cross-functional dependencies and cross-team SLAs.
• Oversees KPIs, dashboards, and SOPs for triage and Buy Desk.
• Provides leadership to Buy Desk Advisors and contingent staff.
