Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume performance video creation.
• Portfolio with multiple full video cuts, including AI-generated pieces.
• Strong video editing and sound design skills.
• Fluency with gen AI video and image tooling.
• Platform-native instincts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Experience in structured creative testing with measurable metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across launches and campaigns.
• Build for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X with platform-specific specs.
• Concept and cut performance video sets across formats.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted videos with scalable workflows.
• Brief-driven ideation, including culturally timely concepts.
• Localize video across markets, languages, formats, and regulatory needs.
• Iterate based on test results and optimize hooks and cuts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams.
